- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I'll give a 4 because of the hygienist staff and Dr. Pizer but with the retirement of one of their long time office workers i've had trouble getting appointments properly scheduled as of recent (i've shown up at scheduled times to be told i didn't have an appointment or asked if i've ever been a patient there even though i've been going there for 4 years.) I'm going to stick it out for the time being operating on the assumption that once a more permanent replacement is in operation that this issue will rectify itself. Other than that if you go here and have insurance i would recommend waiting until after you personally receive your insurance statement to go in and pay you're responsible ammt. I tend to always receive a large initial bill in the mail and one to two weeks later receive a correct bill that's been revised with the insurance ammts. They've however never given me any issues about when i come in to pay so i dont see this as particularly harmful. Overall the staff seems perfectly acceptable for the area and every time i get in for work it's done promptly and accurately, and i've had A LOT of work done so i've been there quite a few times. I would still recommend this location over others in the region that i've had fairly significant issues with in the past.November 17, 2017by Brandon VanAlphen
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I went there today and they are fantastic. I have gone to many dentists in my life and if for any reason I don't feel comfortable I won't come back. This is not the case here. Everyone was so nice and helpful. They answered any questions and had no problem showing me my x-ray. I usually don't write reviews but they definitely deserve it. I can't wait to go back. My own experience here was great. I can't speak for others but I would highly recommend them.October 23, 2017by Emily Bach
