  The staff at the check in and out are rude. My son had an MRI done because he has a curve in his back. I asked to have MRI results and was told that Doctor Eromo does not give results over the phone. That he is going on vacation I had to wait till he came back. My son's primary doctor had concerns about my son's neck results on his MRI. I had to get nasty to get an appointment for the next day. My son told the nurse that his neck hurt and I quote" we are not discussing your neck at this time,we handle one problem at a time. we are here for your MRI results. I only want to know about the pain in your mid back". Gets better doctor Eromo was not even their, his assistant spoke with us. I quote " we took MRI of mid back that's just a small curve. when asked about the neck " He said I did not look at that we only ordered it for the mid back". After expressing my concerns several times he finale showed us my son's neck. It's straight and is missing the natural curve. I quote " it's not that bad ,it's not a life or death thing that u need to come right in for. when he asked if we had another appointment I said no. He tells us to just finish PT and if you have any other concerns or problems come back. No, follow up appointment for after the PT to check and see if things are better. I would not recommend them to anyone as of now and looking for new spine doctor for my son
